Siprosa Rabach

Head of Foundation

Mrs. Siprosa Rabach is passionate about sustainable community development and child protection. She has several years of experience working with vulnerable groups in the areas of social-economic development.

She previously held senior management positions in local and international development agencies focusing on sustainable development, Education, Economic Livelihoods, and Advocacy. She has also held various Board positions including the Chairperson of Sahaya Deaf Kenya, Association of Alternative Family Care, and served as a member of the National Adoption Committee. She is currently serving as a member of the Nairobi County Education Board.

Mrs. Rabach holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Degree in Human Resources and Strategic Management from the Daystar University Nairobi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Nairobi.

Kennedy Alwala

Programs and Partnerships Manager, Safal Foundation

Kennedy brings a distinguished track record in project management, stakeholder engagement, and community development. His experience spans global organizations such as the Novo Nordisk Haemophilia Foundation and the Danone Écosystème Fund, alongside many years of impactful work in youth empowerment, public health, and renewable energy.

He is well-positioned to strengthen our programmes and partnerships as we expand our portfolio of high-impact initiatives.

Moffat Onduko

Manager, Mabati Medical Centre

Moffat is passionate about medical science, public health, and global health, with a focus on both curative and preventive health care. He has 10 years’ experience in the health sector. Previously he worked at the International Centre for Reproductive Health (ICRHK) as a Medical laboratory scientist, before joining Mabati Medical Centre as the Laboratory superintendent.

Moffat holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical laboratory sciences and a Master of Science in Public health from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He also holds a certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington.

Denis Nyagilo

Principal, Mabati Technical Training Institute

Denis is joining the Mabati Technical Training Institute (MTTI) with a wealth of experience of over thirteen years in technical skills education and youth empowerment. Denis Previously has worked with Mombasa Aviation Training Institute, Nairobi Aviation college and Lazuli college in both teaching and administrative roles.

He is passionate about mentoring young people to spur social and economic development of communities. He is dedicated to providing students with a well-rounded training experience, character education and transformational Leadership.

Denis has a BSc. In Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Egerton University.

Nicholas Muiya

Deputy Principal, Mabati Technical Training Institute

Nicholas has over 15 years of working with youth, with a keen interest in transforming society through empowering young people to take their rightful position in society. He has studied the Don Bosco system of education which entirely basis the focus on the development of youth, (the mental physical and spiritual aspects of human being)

Nicholas worked with Nodor International and Sterling Craft ltd. Both at the supervisory level. He is a good listener and believes in teamwork. He has been in Mabati Technical Training for over nine years and has made a tremendous impact on youth through counseling and mentorship.  

Nicholas has a degree in Philosophy and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering- (through City and Guilds), with many years of experience metalwork.
