Siprosa Rabach

Head of Foundation

Mrs. Siprosa Rabach is passionate about sustainable community development and child protection. She has several years of experience working with vulnerable groups in the areas of social-economic development.

She previously held senior management positions in local and international development agencies focusing on sustainable development, Education, Economic Livelihoods, and Advocacy. She has also held various Board positions including the Chairperson of Sahaya Deaf Kenya, Association of Alternative Family Care, and served as a member of the National Adoption Committee. She is currently serving as a member of the Nairobi County Education Board.

Mrs. Rabach holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Human Resources and Strategic Management from the Daystar University Nairobi and a Bachelor’s   Degree in Political Science from the University of Nairobi.

Norman Desouza

Principal  Mabati Technical Training Institute

Norman is a soft-spoken Administrator and a former Catholic priest schooled in the Don Bosco doctrine of Nurturing young people to be responsible citizens. He has over 20 years’ experience in social youth transformation and management of instructions. He previously managed both the Mabati Medical Centre and Mabati Technical Training Institute and has immensely contributed to the growth in the two projects in Mariakani.

Norman is a holder of three degrees in Philosophy, Theology, and Arts. He previously served as the Deputy Principal Finance at the Tangaza College, a constituent of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, and as Director of the Salesians of Don Bosco Development Office for East Africa.

Moffat Onduko

Administrator  Mabati Medical Centre

Moffat is passionate about medical science, public health, and global health, with a focus on both curative and preventive health care. He has 10 years’ experience in the health sector.Previously he worked at the International Centre for Reproductive Health (ICRHK) as a Medical laboratory scientist, before joining Mabati Medical Centre as the Laboratory superintendent.Moffat holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical laboratory sciences and a Master of Science in Public health from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He also holds a certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington

Cecilia Ngali

Accountant

Cecilia is a charming hardworking lady who interacts smoothly with other staff members and keenly pays attention to details. She has over 8 years of working experience and is an expert in designing and implementing effective financial controls for efficient financial management and performance monitoring. With this skill, she has made a big difference in financial management in both the Medical Centre and the Training Institute. Cecilia holds a First-class Honors in Bachelor of Business Management (specialized in Accounting) from Moi University and is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) IV.  She has also attended various Management & Leadership workshops focusing on building cohesive teams, group dynamics & communication, people management, performance management, team roles, conflict resolutions & Trust Building and Empowerment.

Nicholas  Muiya

Deputy Principal

Nicholas has over 15 years of working with youth, with a keen interest in transforming society through empowering young people to take their rightful position in society. He has studied the Don Bosco system of education which entirely basis the focus on the development of youth, (the mental physical and spiritual aspects of human being)

Nicholas worked with Nodor International and Sterling Craft ltd. Both at the supervisory level. He is a good listener and believes in teamwork. He has been in Mabati Technical Training for over nine years and has made a tremendous impact on youth through counseling and mentorship.  

Nicholas has a degree in Philosophy and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering- (through City and Guilds), with many years of experience metalwork.
